SeributawaNews - Somalia Al-Shabaab fighters say they have killed at least 30 foreign soldiers in an attack in the south of the country, Press TV reported.
The incident occurred when Somali fighters attacked a convoy of troops Kenya, which resulted in a battle that lasted for hours.
The fighting began on Thursday afternoon and continue through the night in the cities of southern Somalia Tabda, where the army operates Kenya, and Bilis Qooqaani.
Al-Shabaab fighters say they also managed to destroy six military trucks Kenya.
Somali government officials, however, has put the number of foreign troops kematiab approximately 21 people.
They say only three trucks were destroyed in the attack and four other vehicles were seized by the fighters. (eramuslim)
